Transcient access: The master files remain in your repositories (e.g. MS Sharepoint, Google Drive)
Data minimisation: Only text fragments or vector representations needed for contextual search are retained. The large language models (e.g. CGPT, Gemini, Grok) do not see your full documents; they only see the fragments that are relevant to each user query.
Pre-processing redaction: Sensitive fields can be anonymised or redacted before any data is sent to an AI model or added to the project´s index.
